Feltbroken Roofing wants every homeowner to have a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes after. It is a general template, not legal advice.
You can write to us about:
Providers in the network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, work, warranties and customer service. If something is wrong with work on your home, first raise it with the provider directly. Keep a written record.
Please still tell us. Feedback helps keep the network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed from it. Know the limits, though: Feltbroken Roofing cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.
Email contact@feltbroken.living and include:
1. Your name and how to reach you 2. The date you contacted Feltbroken Roofing or the provider 3. The number you called or the form you used, if you remember 4. The provider's name, if you know it 5. A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want
First, your complaint is acknowledged by email, usually within a few business days. Next, the matter is reviewed, which may include contacting the provider. Then you get a reply with what was found and any steps being taken.
Reply and ask for a second look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed providers, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help.
